Learning
Cyntia Academy

Sending the material is not teaching it.

Academy is a course platform with two uses that share one screen: you teach your own customers what you need them to know, and we teach your team the applications they are going to use. Either way the course is built once and what changes per person is how far they got — which is the thing a shared folder has never been able to tell you.

What a course looks like once it is running

The course on the left is the same for everybody; the column on the right is the reason the platform exists. One person finished, one is halfway and one barely started — and knowing which is which is the difference between having sent something and having taught it.

You sent it. Then what?

It went out, and that is everything you know

Material that goes out

The manual, the deck, the recording of the session. It goes to everybody at once and nothing comes back: not who opened it, not who got past the second page, not who is going to call support next week because they never did. When something goes wrong, nobody can say whether it was taught.

It went out, and it comes back with how far each one got

A course that gets taken

The same content, with a way back. You know who finished, who stopped and where — and where several people stopped at the same point, the problem is usually the course and not the people.

Who is on the other side

The same platform serves your customers, your own team, and the training we give on the Cyntia applications. What changes is who the course is for and whose name is on it, not how it works.

Your customers Your own team Training on the applications Academy Courses Progress Reports

A customer who was taught how to use what you sold them is a customer who calls support less. That is usually the cheapest reason to do this, and rarely the one people think of first.

What Academy is made of

Little, and the useful half is the half that measures.

  • 01

    Courses

Built once, in modules, and the same for everybody who takes them. Changing the course changes it for the people who have not got there yet.

  • 02

    Who takes it

Your customers, your team, or both, each seeing what is theirs.

  • 03

    Progress

How far each person got, module by module. It is the part a folder of PDFs has never been able to give you.

  • 04

    Reports

Who finished and where people stop. When several stop at the same module, that module is the problem.
